Kate Kilroy is a cis-gender, queer, woman in her 40s. She prefers she or they pronouns. She is a charismatic, adaptive, and approachable leader. She holds a high value of poly-centric leadership and sincerely desires collaborative spaces and power-sharing. She is innovative, highly relational, and an award-winning preacher with a passion for house plants, cheese, and soy candles. She is equally comfortable in the city hall meeting as the bedside of the dying, as the prison, as the club. Pastor Kate lives in Marysville where she lives with her three dogs and partner.

This is the board of Ronald United!
The board is elected by the church members who vote each year. The members represent the church and support a democratic process by empowering the cogregation to hold decision making power and protect church’s from being clergy dominated. They steward our ministry, people, and property.
