Kate Crisci is a cis-gender, queer,​ woman in her 40s. ​ She prefers she or they pronouns. She is a charismatic,​ adaptive, and approachable leader. She holds a high value of poly-centric leadership and sincerely desires collaborative spaces and power-sharing. She is innovative, highly relational, and an award-winning preacher with a passion for house plants, cheese, and soy candles.  She is equally comfortable in the city hall meeting as the bedside of the dying, as the prison, as the club. Pastor Kate lives in Marysville where she lives with her three dogs and partner.
